Yesterday and today have been terrible days here in Italy.
We're far from Abruzzo, still near enough for us to wake in the middle of the night sensing something wrong going on.

Today they rescued an old lady from her ruined house. She's 98.
She was in her bed when they found her.
She was crocheting.

    So sad that this earthquake happened. The crocheting woman struck a real chord with most knitters and crocheters that I know.
