Have you ever experienced periods when your life doesn't seem to be following a normal route anymore? When the perception of things around you is turned upside down - and you are fully aware that it's your fault only, but you are not able to put things right? What do you do then?

I can't stop listening to this song.
Have you ever experienced periods when your life doesn't seem to be following a normal route anymore? When the perception of things around you is turned upside down - and you are fully aware that it's your fault only, but you are not able to put things right? What do you do then?

LOVE the scarf. My only complaint is that you don't say what you used to make it......the colors are awesome. I never considered gray and brown together til I found your blog.
And yes, I have found myself upside down this year, with family problems. Watching one of my daughters suffer through a horrible relationship, trying to stay out of it, and feeling the reverberations daily.
This too shall pass. My theory.
Glad you like my bag :) thanks for that.
Honey, just ride it through. Don't feel alone with it. Nearly everybody experiences such periods now and then. Just flow with the wave and maybe it restarts something new in yourself.
Your last 5 posts have been so beautiful and inspiring! Such amazing work and color stories.
Ask yourself before you go to sleep, "What do I need for myself?" and see what answers come to you throughout the next day. Someone just shared this with me and I did it and received some simple wisdom that moved me out of a place of frustration. Hope you find some peace soon.
thank you all for your lovely words, I am trying to do my best, but I suppose it'll take a little time. It's such a wonderful thing to receive this support, my heartfelt thanks.
Hilary, the warp is a silk-merino-cashmere blend, while the weft is a merino-silk blend that I dyed myself with walnuts. And you know what? my husband stole it and he's now wearing it!
what a beautiful scarf/shawl and a lovely photo. I just discovered your blog via fensismensi and I really like it.
