disappearing honeycomb

while listening repeatedly to this soundtrack
I've been weaving this sample -  inspired by a pic I of my sister I took earlier on -
bleached hemp for the warp and cassette tape for weft 
- stiff enough to retain its shape and shiny, for the magpie that hides in me -

In fact, I've wanted to try weaving with cassette tape for a long time, and I've got loads of tapes that I could use....
